7-Layer Taco Dip

A flavorful and easy-to-make 7-Layer Taco Dip combining creamy, spicy, and fresh ingredients perfect for parties or casual snacking.

  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Layer the sour cream over the refried beans, spreading evenly.
  3. Spread guacamole in a smooth layer over the sour cream.
  4. Pour and spread chunky salsa over the guacamole layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.
  6. Top with sliced black olives, chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Serve with sturdy tortilla chips and consider adding a sprinkle of jalapeños for extra heat.
