  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.
  3. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the cod in a baking dish and pour the honey marinade over the fish, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
  5. Let the fish marinate for 10-15 minutes for better flavor absorption.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
