Bang Bang Salmon

Bang Bang Salmon features perfectly cooked salmon fillets topped with a spicy, creamy Bang Bang sauce, delivering a delightful balance of heat and flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon fillets skin-side down for 2-3 minutes until crispy, then transfer to the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While salmon cooks, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Once salmon is done, spoon the Bang Bang sauce generously over each fillet.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For an extra crunch, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top before serving, or serve with steamed rice and sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
