  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Spoon a small amount of scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and cheddar cheese onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end towards the point, forming crescent shapes.
