Buffalo Chicken Dip

This creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for game day or parties, combining shredded chicken with tangy hot sauce and melted cheese.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly browned on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve warm with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise; serve with a variety of dippers like pretzels or pita chips for a fun twist.
