Chicken Bacon Wrap

A delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Bacon Wrap, combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and a flavorful sauce wrapped in a warm tortilla – perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to create the sauce.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spread the sauce evenly over each.
  3. Divide shredded chicken evenly between the tortillas.
  4. Place bacon slices on top of the chicken.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and cheddar cheese over the bacon.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  8. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, lightly toast the wrapped tortilla in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and warm.
