This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole is a comforting, cheesy baked dish combining tender chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese for a classic flavor packed meal perfect for dinner.

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, ham, cooked pasta, and shredded Swiss cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and pasta, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add chopped nuts like pecans to the breadcrumb topping before baking.
