  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in crushed sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
  7. Press the dough into the prepared skillet, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but still soft.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm, optionally topped with ice cream.
