Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into the thickest side of each salmon fillet, creating space for the stuffing.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing gently to secure.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Place the stuffed salmon fillets in the skillet, searing each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed asparagus or a fresh green salad for a complete meal. For extra flavor, drizzle with lemon butter sauce before serving.
