Creamy Pesto Aioli is a luscious, herb-infused sauce perfect for enhancing sandwiches, dips, and grilled dishes with fresh basil flavor and a smooth texture.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared basil pesto
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and basil pesto until well blended.
  2. Add minced garlic and lemon juice, stirring to incorporate evenly.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a dip, spread, or sauce.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt; also great drizzled over grilled vegetables or seafood.
