This creamy and spicy Jalapeño Popper Dip combines the classic flavors of jalapeños, cream cheese, and cheddar for a crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for parties and snacks.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: extra shredded cheddar and jalapeño slices for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, green onions, and crumbled bacon until evenly mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture into a small baking dish and top with extra cheddar cheese and jalapeño slices if desired.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced veggies.

Notes

For an extra smoky flavor, try adding a teaspoon of chipotle chili powder, or serve with fresh cut vegetables for a lighter option.
