  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately toss the wings with lemon zest and lemon juice to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
