Loaded Chicken Club Sandwich

A hearty and flavorful Loaded Chicken Club Sandwich stacked with tender grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and creamy mayo, perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices of ripe tomato
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill until fully cooked and juices run clear. Slice thinly.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  4. Butter one side of each bread slice and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  5. Spread the mayo-mustard mixture evenly on the unbuttered sides of the toasted bread.
  6. Layer the sliced chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese on one slice of bread.
  7. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.
  8. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or swap cheddar for pepper jack cheese. Serve with a side of crisp French fries or a fresh salad.
