Mint Oreo Parfaits

Refreshing and indulgent Mint Oreo Parfaits layered with creamy mint mousse, crushed Oreo cookies, and whipped cream—perfect for a quick, no-bake dessert.

  • 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create the mint mousse.
  4. In serving glasses, layer crushed Oreos, followed by a layer of mint mousse.
  5. Repeat layering until glasses are filled, finishing with a sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.

Notes

For an extra refreshing twist, add a drizzle of chocolate syrup between the layers or serve with a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
