Delicious Philly Cheesesteak Sliders featuring tender steak, sautéed onions, and melted cheese nestled in soft slider buns — perfect for a flavorful appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Push veggies to the side and add ribeye slices to skillet. Cook until browned, about 4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the steak with the veggies and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and lightly toast them with butter in another pan.
  5. Divide the steak and veggie mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the buns.
  6. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese and cover with the bun tops.
  7. Optionally, place assembled sliders under a broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese thoroughly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your Philly Cheesesteak Sliders!

Notes

For an extra kick, add some sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce before serving.
