Ranch Taco Party Bowl

This Ranch Taco Party Bowl is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish combining seasoned taco meat, fresh veggies, creamy ranch dressing, and vibrant toppings for a perfect crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with a little water per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, layer cooked rice as the base.
  4. Top rice with seasoned taco beef, black beans, corn kernels, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and green onions over the top.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing evenly across the bowl.
  7. Garnish with diced avocado and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce or swap ranch dressing for a cilantro-lime dressing.
