Spinach Artichoke Dip

A creamy, cheesy spinach artichoke dip perfect as a savory appetizer or party snack, blending tender spinach and tangy artichokes for irresistible flavor.

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or top with extra cheese before baking.
