  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Mix until ingredients are well incorporated, but do not overwork the meat.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add meatballs to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove meatballs from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or pasta.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve the meatballs with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of fresh basil. You can also bake them at 400°F for 15-20 minutes as a healthier alternative.
